Innovation is a very important tool for GB Plange, which is reflected in the strong R&D efforts of this Business Group.

The central R&D organization of GB Plange is localized in several locations over Europe. Here the basic research is carried out which forms the basis for the development of new ingredients for bread improvers.

 

The end-application of these new ingredients is tested first in the application lab, then in the test-bakeries in the operating companies of the relevant countries and finally by the customers. This set-up gives maximal benefit of our international presence.
